Detroit defensive lineman Ndamukong Suh has been fined $15,000 by the NFL after drawing an unnecessary roughness penalty for a hit on Chicago quarterback Jay Cutler last weekend. Suh says he plans to appeal. The penalty came in the fourth quarter Sunday when Suh sent Cutler to the ground with what appeared to be a hard shove to the upper back after the quarterback ran for 8 yards.
