The former president of American Express will oversee preparations for the NFL's first open-air, cold-weather Super Bowl at the New Meadowlands Stadium in 2014. Al Kelly Jr. was named the chief executive officer for the game's host committee, committee co-chairman Jonathan Tisch and Woody Johnson announced Monday.
