Atlanta Falcons rookie wide receiver Julio Jones and left tackle Sam Baker are inactive for Sunday's game against the Detroit Lions. Jones is out with a strained left hamstring and Baker is out with a lower back injury. Harry Douglas is listed as the starter for Jones and Will Svitek replaces Baker.
